Our Capital Markets Practice Group is regarded as one of the premier practices in Japan and has represented Japanese issuers in relation to IPOs in domestic markets and overseas. The team has handled numerous Rule 144A offerings, Euro offerings (including IPOs), HKSE listings and NYSE listings. The group also represents a significant number of foreign issuers of sovereign and samurai bonds in the Japanese markets, and has also been widely involved in the securitization of loans, real estate and asset-backed securities.
