Practice Focus
Yusuke has extensive experience with the full range of labor-related matters (e.g., workforce reduction, labor disputes and fraud investigations) and has advised both domestic and overseas clients on human resources and labor issues. He also has a wealth of experience in providing harassment-related training. He also regularly advises clients on personal information protection and on the drafting of labor-related M&A documents — especially in connection with corporate restructuring.
