Baker McKenzie assists Bunka Shutter on the cross-border acquisition of Australian business – ArcPac Garage Doors
Tokyo, Japan, 1 March 2018 – Baker McKenzie has assisted Bunka Shutter Co., Ltd., which produces and sells various types of rolling shutters, house and building construction materials, on its acquisition of ArcPac Garage Doors Pty Ltd in Australia.
ArcPac Garage Doors is involved in the manufacture, distribution and sale of garage doors for the domestic and export markets. The company operates throughout Australia, and is administered by its head office in Darra, Queensland.
This transaction involved both Baker McKenzie’s Tokyo and Sydney offices advising Bunka Shutter.
