It is our pleasure to invite you to Baker McKenzie`s new seminar series, “Navigating International Project Finance”.

The objective of this complimentary seminar series is to develop a comprehensive programme of industry focused financing training to help you, our clients, continue to develop, adapt and stay updated in a constantly evolving global project finance market. The seminar series provides an excellent way of sharing knowledge, insights and experience with clients, according to their needs.

The programme is designed for investors, developers, lenders, contractors and other participants in the project value chain impacted by financing considerations. Over the course of the seminar series, we will guide you through key concepts in project financing structures, risk management techniques, cash flow considerations, and financing sources as well as other key financing considerations, as they apply to the financing of projects in emerging markets.

Presented in English and Japanese over a course of 12 months (one seminar each calendar quarter) by Japanese and foreign-law qualified specialists experienced in international project finance and other relevant practices, the seminar series gives you, the client, the opportunity to shape future seminar topics through your advance input prior to seminars and feedback thereafter.
