EMEA Seminar – Contingency Planning and Opportunities
Baker McKenzie is pleased to invite you to a seminar to be held on Thursday 25 May 2017, with attorneys from across Europe practicing in various areas of the law presenting insights into the recent legal and sociopolitical developments in the region.
The focus of this seminar will include:
■BREXIT:
- issues concerning the establishment of parallel offices and/or relocations of departments/functions to the European continent
- contingency planning for Japanese multinationals
■M&A, FDI, and regulatory change
Our pan-European, multidisciplinary team will address these complex issues, including tax, employment, regulatory, data privacy, and a host of other critical legal issues (at the EU level and in respect of national laws and regulations).
