Representative Experience

Advised a Japanese association in the bearing industry in relation to the enhancement of its compliance system and implementing compliance audits, including monitoring of meetings held.
Conducted competition law compliance training for an international insurance company in Japan, including monitoring and revision of the existing compliance program and dawn raid training.
Prepared a compliance material portfolio covering competition and other related laws for a Japanese auto component manufacturer.
Advised the subsidiary of a US motorcycle manufacturer on competition law issues arising from its change in rebate policy for some of its products.
