- Advised a Japanese auto component and hydraulic gearing manufacturer being investigated by the United States Department of Justice, the Japanese Fair Trade Commission and other competition authorities worldwide over suspected participation in cartels related to several products, including auto components.
- Advised a Japanese auto component manufacturer being investigated by the Japanese Fair Trade Commission, the European Commission, the United States Department of Justice, the National Reform and Development Commission in China and other competition authorities worldwide over suspected participation in cartels related to electrical auto components.
- Prepared a compliance portfolio covering competition and other related laws for a major Japanese auto component manufacturer.
