Our Banking & Finance group has in-depth knowledge of the issues which arise in lease and loan transactions for large-scale capital investments in Japan and overseas, including plant and machinery purchases in various industries, such as distribution, manufacturing and technology. We specialize in structuring, negotiating and documenting financial transactions, and have developed a recognized capability in both tax-based and non-tax based lease financings involving high-value equipment.

Advised a major Japanese financial institution on a corporate loan facility to a US telecommunications company for the sale and lease-back of certain leased devices.
