We have extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border securitization transactions, representing originators, arrangers, agents, lenders and investors in a wide variety of transactions, including the issue of specified notes (tokutei-shasai) by a special purpose company, the sale of beneficial interests under a trust agreement, non-recourse loans, the establishment of funds and investments in silent partnerships.

Advised an international automobile group on all five issuances of its award winning Japanese auto loan securitization platform.
Advised a Japanese financial services provider on a liquidation of lease receivables.
Advised a Japanese financial services company acting as a lender in a real estate structured finance transaction involving six trust beneficiary interests in residential properties.
Advised a Japanese financial institution on the structuring of and multiple transactions under its new collateralized Japanese Government Bond lending program.
Advised a Japanese gaming products manufacturer on its inaugural issuance of USD 600 million in high yield secured notes listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
