Representative Experience

Advised a Taiwanese electronics manufacturer on its JPY388 billion investment to acquire a 66% stake in a major Japanese electronics company.
Advised a German engineering and electronics company on its acquisition of a listed Japanese supplier of auto components.
Represented an international hotel group in its acquisition of a majority stake in a joint venture with a Japanese airline company.
Acted for a US telecommunications company on its tender offer to acquire an 80% controlling interest in a listed Japanese global provider of radio communication solutions.
Acted for a French manufacturer of payment terminals on the acquisition of 70% of its distribution partner in Japan.
Represented a European telecommunications company in the purchase and subsequent sale of its stake in one of Japan’s largest telecommunications companies and its wireless arm.
