Representative Experience
- Represented a listed J-REIT investment corporation and their asset management company in their merger with another listed J-REIT investment corporation and their asset management company.
- Advised a Japanese financial institution acting as an underwriter on an IPO of a Japanese REIT that invests in hotel assets.
- Advised a Singapore Stock Exchange listed REIT on its acquisition of two hotels in Tokyo and the operating company for both hotels.
- Advised a Singapore REIT in the acquisition of nursing homes in Japan.
- Represented a Japanese asset management company in the sale to a J-REIT of trust beneficiary interests in four residential apartment buildings located in Tokyo and Sapporo.
