International Arbitration and Disputes Arising from Cross-Border M&A and Joint Venture Transactions
Baker McKenzie welcomes a panel of arbitration experts from our offices in Europe, Latin America, and other parts of Asia Pacific to share their global perspective on arbitration arising out of M&A, joint ventures, and other types of corporate disputes.
