Baker McKenzie Tokyo announces new appointments

Baker & McKenzie (Gaikokuho Joint Enterprise) has appointed Satoshi Abe (Corporate/M&A) as a partner, while Akihiro Kawasaki (Tax & Transfer Pricing), Daichi Kiriyama (Corporate/M&A, Employment) and Takehito Sekiguchi (Finance & Projects) have been promoted to counsel as of July 1, 2023.
