Baker McKenzie advises Toppan Printing on acquisition of Interprint Group from Wrede Industrieholding
Tokyo/Frankfurt, June 27, 2019 – Global law firm Baker McKenzie advised Japanese Toppan Printing Co., Ltd., one of the global leaders in the printing industry, on the acquisition of Germany based Interprint Group from Wrede Industrieholding. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close by the end of 2019.
An international team of Baker McKenzie from Tokyo, Germany and all other relevant countries advised on all legal aspects of the transaction.
